We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, particularly for certain advertising technologies. If our practices trigger an applicable opt-out requirement, we will provide the legally required choice and honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals where required.

06 / COMMUNICATIONS

Text messages, calls, and emails

Operational communications

If you provide contact information, we may contact you about your nomination, property evaluation, referral status, questions about a property, or other requested services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent and opt-out

Where consent is required, we will request it through the applicable form or interaction. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting a nomination or requesting an evaluation. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. You may use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop marketing emails. We may still send non-marketing messages when permitted, including responses you request or legally required notices.

Mobile information

We do not sell mobile phone information or share text-message originator opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose such information to service providers that help deliver communications, when required by law, or as otherwise necessary to fulfill a request you initiated.

07 / ONLINE DATA

Cookies, analytics, and browser signals

Our website and hosted forms may use cookies, pixels, local storage, logs, and similar technologies. These tools may keep the site functioning, remember preferences, measure traffic and performance, understand how visitors use the site, prevent fraud, and evaluate outreach.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect site or form functionality. We do not currently respond to every “Do Not Track” setting because there is no uniform standard. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal, we will treat the signal as a valid request for the browser or device that sends it.

08 / PROTECTION

Retention and security

How long we keep information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including evaluating opportunities, maintaining project and referral records, communicating with you, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal or tax requirements, and protecting our business. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the status of the property opportunity, and applicable law. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
